Please note the following information.

 Respect In Sport Online Course

If you are new to hockey you must first take the "Parent Respect In Sport (RIS)" online course before you can register and get access to the Hockey Canada Registry (HCR).  The fee for this course is $12.60.  https://hockeyalbertaparent.respectgroupinc.com

Choose “Crowfoot” as your hockey association (do not choose Crowfoot Junior C or Calgary Coyotes).   Parents that took this course previous to 2015  will have to retake this course.  Families that do not have this course cannot access the registration database to register

If parents have completed RIS previously but are registering a new participant this season, they need to add the new participant to their account in order for the RIS certification to show up in the HCR profile, here’s the link to the instructions to complete this:

Online Registration with the HCR (Hockey Canada Registry) for both Community and House League Registration.

This is the Registration Link.      You can choose credit card payment or cheque submission.  If you are paying by credit card, the full payment is processed on the date you register.  If you cannot login in or have questions about our programs, email admin@crowfoothockey.com.

You can drop off this  form with cheque payments in the blue drop off box in the Crowfoot Arena lobby.  (Arena attached to the Crowfoot YMCA.) Or the Form and cheques can be mailed to Crowfoot Hockey/Crowfoot Arena, 8080 John Laurie Blvd NW, Calgary  T3G 3S3.  Cheques are made payable to Crowfoot Hockey Association.

HOW WE CONTACT YOU - Primarily by email.

Player/Participant Email field:  This is the only email address we use to contact you prior to team formation.  Please ensure that this is the main and most reliable email to reach you.  Do not put your child's email address in this field.  And do not put more than one email address in the data entry field as neither email address will be recognized.  Crowfoot Community players will be emailed by August 223rd as to their first ice time and all preliminary information.  House League Players will be notified by email late August with information and ice times.

Refund Policy.  Refer to the Refund Form for information on the fees imposed for registration cancellation.

Volunteer Policy.  Community Hockey Families will be expected to volunteer a minimum of 10 hours per child.   See our Volunteer Policy.

House League families must also volunteer, more information will be provided at season start.

2018/2019 Registration Fees were increased from the previous year.

Crowfoot Hockey strives to maintain reasonable fees for its hockey program.  We have been imposed fee increases with the Hockey Calgary Player Fee, Hockey AB insurance fee for our players and coaches and ice rate increases between  2% to 5%.   Our Community fees are in the bottom third of  fees charged in Calgary.

Our House League Registration fee was increased for the first time.  Besides the increase with Hockey Calgary and Hockey AB fees, jersey sponsorship has decreased for this league.  We will be providing teams the TEAMSNAP communication app and the NW House League provides the most extensive ice schedule City wide.

Any comments can be forwarded to admin@crowfoothockey.com

Financial Assistance.  Email admin@crowfoothockey.com for information on the Flames Even Strength Program that can help cover registration fees for families that meet the income requirements.  Deadline for completed application submitted online is Sept01/2018.  Supporting documents from Revenue Canada (earnings summary) will be needed.
